Documents ready for public review

Ecology and the Potentially Liable Parties (PLPs) for the South Park Marina Site (Site): South Park Marina Limited Partnership, the Port of Seattle, and the City of Seattle have prepared the following documents for public comment:

  • Remedial Investigation Report (RI): Describes contaminants at the Site and where they are located.
  • Agreed Order Amendment (AO): This extends the current legal agreement that requires the PLPs to continue cleanup work by preparing a feasibility study that compares cleanup options, and by drafting a cleanup action plan, describing Ecology’s selected cleanup option.
